Details: Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 solution. ENERGY STAR certified. Can be used to comply with California Title 24 requirements as well as CALGreen. Can be used to comply with the ventilation standards required by LEED for Homes. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. The humidity sensing exhaust fans easily install using the included adjustable hanging brackets. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. 4 inch round plastic damper protects against backdrafts and ensures quiet operation. HVI Certified performance.
