Can be used to comply with the ventilation standards required by LEED for Homes. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. Humidity sensing deluxe quiet exhaust fans easily install using the included adjustable hanging brackets. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. 6 inch round duct connector with damper protects against backdrafts and ensures quiet operation. Side access panel allows you to wire the fan from inside or outside the housing. HVI Certified performance.
