Can be used to comply with the ventilation standards required by LEED for Homes. Integrated motion sensor detects when the room is occupied and turns the fan on. Once the room is vacated, the fan continues to run for a preset amount of time to make sure proper ventilation has occurred. Sensor can be set from 30 seconds to 80 minutes. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity.
