Details: Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 solution. ENERGY STAR certified. Can be used to comply with the ventilation standards required by LEED for Homes. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. Included, 8.5 watt, GU24 LED lamp. 4 watt night-light (bulb not included). The ECO humidity sensing exhaust fans with LED easily install using the included adjustable hanging brackets. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. 6 inch round duct connector with gasketed damper protects against backdrafts and seals the duct better than any other damper on the market today. Side access panel allows you to wire the fan from inside or outside the housing. HVI Certified performance.
