Details: Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 solution. ENERGY STAR certified. Can be used to comply with the ventilation standards required by LEED for Homes. Integrated motion sensor detects when the room is occupied and turns the fan on. Once the room is vacated, the fan continues to run for a preset amount of time to make sure proper ventilation has occurred. Sensor can be set from 30 seconds to 80 minutes. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. Included, 8.5 watt, GU24 LED lamp. 4 watt night-light (bulb not included). The ECO Motion and Humidity Sensing Exhaust Fans with LED easily install using the included adjustable hanging brackets. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. 6 inch round duct connector with gasketed damper protects against backdrafts and seals the duct better than any other damper on the market today.
