Details: Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 solution. ENERGY STAR certified. Can be used to comply with the ventilation standards required by LEED for Homes. 8 capacity settings on low speed allow the fan to be set to the required exhaust rate for continuous ventilation. Low speed set points include: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 100 & 120 CFM. High-speed rapidly clears the air of moisture, odors or other contaminants. High-speed set points include: 80, 110, 130 CFM & Boost. Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. Included, 8.5 watt, GU24 LED lamp. 4 watt night-light (bulb not included). The variable speed humidity sensing exhaust fans with LED easily install using the included adjustable hanging brackets. UL listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. 6 inch round duct connector with gasketed damper protects against backdrafts and seals the duct better than any other damper on the market today. Side access panel allows you to wire the fan from inside or outside the housing. HVI Certified performance.
