MQFAM: 50 / 80 CFM - Details: The Air King MQFAM fresh air machine offers home builders and developers a cost effective mechanical fresh air solution that helps with humidity and temperature. Contractors and builders now have a practical offering for introducing constant fresh air from outside into the residence, meeting the fresh air CFM requirements. Internally mounted sensors provide limits preventing the intake of outdoor air that is too humid, too hot, too cold or too dry. The operator sets the desired levels for the outside humidity and temperature. Optional MERV 8 or MERV 13 air filters can be added to the MQFAM fresh air machine for even better indoor air quality. INSTALLATION: Fully assembled, screw it to the wall, connect power & ductwork, you are ready to go. Inexpensive first cost method to bring in fresh air using an independent fan. No connection to HVAC system required. Compact design fits nearly everywhere-perfect for multi-family homes. Mount in basement, attic, equipment closet, garage, laundry room, etc. 6 inch round duct connections for virtually unlimited duct length. Suitable for single & multi-family projects. SET UP: Choose the desired airflow 50 or 80 CFM, Turn it On. VERIFICATION: Includes easy access test port. COMPLIANT: Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 solution for fresh air. ETL listed.
