QFAMD: 30 to 130 CFM - Details: The Air King QFAM Fresh Air Machine series offers home builders and developers a cost effective mechanical fresh air solution that helps with humidity and temperature. Contractors and builders now have a practical offering for introducing constant fresh air from outside into the residence, meeting the fresh air CFM requirements. Internally mounted sensors provide limits preventing the intake of outdoor air that is too humid, too hot, too cold or too dry. The operator simply dials in the quantity (CFM) of fresh air needed from the quiet energy efficient fan and sets the desired intake levels for the outside humidity and temperature. In addition the QFAMD offers one of the industries highest efficiency ratings for air intake products, is ENERGY STAR certified as well as being recognized as a ENERGY STAR Most Efficient 2021 product. The QFAMD also includes a MERV16 air filter which is able to filter out almost all contaminates including most viruses. INSTALLATION: Fully assembled, screw it to the wall, connect power & ductwork, you?re ready to go. Inexpensive first cost method to bring in fresh air using an independent fan. No connection to HVAC system required. Compact design fits nearly everywhere. Mount in basement, attic, equipment closet, garage, laundry room, etc. 6 inch round duct connections for virtually unlimited duct length. Suitable for single & multi-family projects.
