The Architect ‘P’ Series superbly complements AudioControl’s popular high-power Architect multi-zone amplifier series, delivering 100 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, all channels driven. 16 channels of high-power amplification are output from the compact 2 U chassis, with the Architect P2660 EQ delivering 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, all channels driven. Channel bridging increases power to a remarkable 400 watts into 8 ohms. Benefitting from 35 years of proprietary AudioControl cool-running amplifier design, the Architect P2660 EQ is equipped with features like input bussing, output pass-through, global 12 VDC trigger in/out with local 12 VDC trigger inputs for all zones, and input signal sensing on/off. Bus A includes a coaxial S/PDIF input for a digital source. Amplifier channels and connected loudspeakers are protected by AudioControl’s fast-acting LightDrive anti-clipping circuitry. AudioControl’s legendary equalization controls are easily accessible from the front panel and may be covered with an included magnetic security panel once the system is dialed in. Available in a robust black powder coat finish, the Architect Model P2680 EQ is designed, engineered, and manufactured at AudioControl facilities located in Seattle, USA.
