It includes a stainless steel drip pan that vaporizes any drippings, virtually eliminating flare-ups, but producing smoke to flavor your foods. Also included is a wood chip tray. It easily slides out to add chips without opening the lid. With the Grave, you get a grill that gives you options including grilling, steaming, smoking, slow cooking. Yes, you can steam in your Qrave Grill! For steaming, you simply close the drain valve and fill the drip pan with water. This is the grill head only. Broilmaster grills fit on any of the available Broilmaster carts or posts. Of course, it can be used as-is in a built-in installation.
