A 4-Channel Micro Line Output Converter - Add an amplifier to nearly any radio with The Install Bay’s 4-channel micro line-out converter. Experience all the highs and lows of your original audio without distortion at any volume level. Unlike traditional LOCs, the IBMLOC4 is designed without inductors to deliver a flat 20Hz-20kHz frequency response at all volume levels. Using your factory speaker wires, this innovative micro LOC automatically converts the speaker signal into both an RCA signal and a 100-milli-amp 12-volt remote wire using DC offset. Powerful enough to turn on multiple amplifiers, the 12-volt remote wire delivers plenty of power without requiring a switched 12-volt power source. This compact LOC accepts up to 80 watts (20 volts) of input signal and delivers up to 10-volt output signal. The OEM smart radios in today’s vehicles have a built-in protection circuit that will shut off one or more channels if the load on the OEM radio exceeds a specific impedance range. Our LOC features a built-in 60 ohm load resister for those OE radios. Features include a super compact design for easy installation (2.77“x.05“x2.48”). Max input signal accepted: 80W. Max output voltage: 10 V. Flat 20Hz-20kHz frequency range at all volume levels. Provides 12-volt for amplifier remote turn-on with LED indicator; 60 ohm loads to ensure uninterrupted audio playback when used with most OEM smart radios.
