Automatic Coverage technology requires no setup yet gives you precise control of audio capture if desired. With next-generation array architecture for enhanced directional pickup and more natural speech, the MXA920 ceiling array microphone is easy to use and quick to deploy for AV conferencing, camera tracking, voice lift, or sound reinforcement. Automatic Coverage technology captures talkers in up to 8 adjustable coverage areas that you define without the need to aim pickup lobes. Virtual Acoustic Boundary ensures that voices or noises outside of defined automatic coverage areas will not be heard. You can also turn Automatic Coverage technology off and use Steerable Coverage technology to precisely aim 8 pickup lobes with individual audio outputs to feed separate loudspeaker zones for voice lift applications. Onboard IntelliMix DSP applies automatic mixing, echo cancellation, noise reduction, and automatic gain control for a pristine audio mix.
