The TXIWKT is a kit consisting of a single-gang Decora wall plate with a small footprint RX. Technology used in the TXIWKT is about 3 times more efficient than the typical extender. This means less heat, less energy used, and greater reliability. The TXIWKT has an HDMI Type-A input as well as a USB-C input. There is also a USB-C charging port. You simply connect your laptop power supply to the USB-C charge port, and the power is then passed through the AV connection while presenting, back to your laptop or tablet. A button on the front of the TX allows the individual sources to be selected. The RX powers the TX device. HDMI 2.0b is supported at @60Hz for 35m/115 ft. and at 30Hz, up to 50m/164 ft. Perfect for K-12, higher ed, board room, podiums, and other applications where an HDMI port needs to be accessed. #Cat5e may be used, but some loss of distance may occur.
